The Beginning
Founded by David Chen, a former quantitative researcher at Citadel, with a vision to democratize AI-powered trading technology. Starting with just three engineers in a small office in New York.
First Product
Launched our first product — an AI-powered trade analytics tool that quickly gained traction among independent traders. Raised $5M in seed funding from top fintech investors.
TradeInsight
Released TradeInsight, our flagship AI trading journal. The product received overwhelmingly positive feedback and grew to 1,000 active users within the first quarter.
Global Expansion
Raised $25M Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz. Expanded operations to London and Singapore. Grew the team to 50+ engineers, researchers, and designers.
